Job summary

The Endeavour Foyer is seeking committed and reliable staff to cover lone‑working night and weekend shifts, providing flexible, on‑call support as needed. Candidates should show a genuine passion for helping young people aged 16–25 and be prepared for lone‑working safeguards.

Safeguarding training is mandatory and provided during induction; enhanced DBS, references and LADO approval are essential. This role involves overnight building management and sign‑in/out procedures with on‑site security

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
• Be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren’t on site.
• Manage the building overnight and at weekends; sign in/out customers and handle enquiries.
• Monitor CCTV and complete building checks, reporting issues to Health and Safety and Scheme managers.
