Fellowship Square invites applications for a Certified Caregiver to provide hands-on senior care at our Arizona residence. You will administer medications, support daily living activities, monitor health, and document changes for the care team.

A compassionate approach and teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality care. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Arizona caregiver certification, CPR/First Aid, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• Deliver medications as part of residents' care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and eating.
• Observe, document, and report health changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident's needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and proper hygiene.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

• Medication Administration Deliver medications as outlined in residents' care plans.
• Daily Living Assistance Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Health Monitoring Observe and document residents' health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Personalized Care Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs.
• Emotional Support Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
• Safety & Cleanliness Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.
• Emergency Response Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification Certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
• Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism.
