Location and Schedule

• Location: Park Place Assisted Living - 6900 37th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98118
• Schedule: Full time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirements and Perks

Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to dining guests.

Essential Duties

1. Greet guests warmly; take food and beverage orders following service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly; maintain safety and sanitation standards; assist with guest needs.
3. Understand menu items; advise guests; accommodate requests; know about diets and allergens.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders and requests.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills; be flexible and patient with guests and staff.
6. Handle tickets and cash procedures properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe environment.
8. Respect confidentiality of personal and medical information.
9. Address complaints promptly; report to supervisor.
10. Prepare dining area before and after service; keep it clean.
11. Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, coffee machines.
12. Assist with special events and functions.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
