Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver to guests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly; take and deliver orders following established steps of service.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation; assist with guest needs.
• Understand menu items; advise guests; accommodate requests and allergies.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and special requests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff; remain flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and cash procedures properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Respect confidentiality of guest information.
• Address complaints promptly; report issues to supervisor.
• Prepare and clean dining area before and after service.
• Operate equipment like coffee machines and ice dispensers.
• Assist during special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
