Position Overview

This role involves supporting customer service for mortgage clients, interacting with customers nationwide to resolve support issues and provide a top-tier customer experience. Candidates should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff or management
• Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving
• Follow client processes and maintain accurate CRM records
• Document call details and resolutions accurately
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be proficient in multi-tasking across multiple systems while communicating with customers. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a customer-oriented attitude are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in banking or financial services and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
