Role Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate staff when needed.
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem solving.
  • Follow client processes and perform tasks professionally.
  • Use knowledge base and training to answer questions accurately.
  • Create and maintain customer CRM records.
  • Document call resolutions accurately.
  • Handle financial inquiries following client procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures; adhere to schedules and training requirements.
Candidate Qualities

Motivated, dedicated, confident, team-oriented, positive attitude, and committed to excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple screens while on calls.
  • Typing speed of 30-45 WPM.
  • Fluent in reading and speaking English.
  • Familiarity with Windows applications and ability to learn new systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious customer service orientation.
  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Data entry and professional communication skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the country.
  • Willing to undergo background/security investigations and drug screening.
