Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mid-Level Wage and Hour Associate to join our Berkeley Heights office in New Jersey. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour matters, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic employment practice.

You will handle sophisticated wage and hour litigation, draft and argue motions, manage class and/or collective wage/hour matters, and prepare witnesses for depositions. Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, with wage and hour focus.
• Experience handling wage and hour matters in a law firm setting.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
