Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, wage-and-hour cases is a plus.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with depositions and preparation and appearance at court hearings.
• Communicate with clients under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Support wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation.
