Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a junior associate for its Carlsbad, CA office to handle wage and hour class actions and related labor matters. Some wage-and-hour litigation experience is preferred, but all qualified applicants will be considered.

Responsibilities include collaborating with senior attorneys, participating in agency matters, and driving assigned cases forward with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior attorneys in defense of cases.
• Handle wage and hour class actions and other labor matters.
