BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco, CA seeks a Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of substantive litigation experience, especially in wage and hour matters. You will support the Labor & Employment and broader Litigation practice groups.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, active CA State Bar membership, and strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills. Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation, depositions, hearings, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
• 4–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment and business litigation.
• Experience with wage and hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters through all phases, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations, and prepare witnesses.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Support wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters for employer clients.
• Advise employer clients on employment law compliance issues.
• Collaborate with partners to develop litigation strategy.
• Prepare matters for mediation and trial, and communicate with clients and courts.
