The role requires substantial experience in wage and hour litigation, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and the ability to contribute to strategic decisions.

Hybrid work arrangements are accepted, and a fully remote position may be considered based on demonstrated experience level; strong collaboration with the national firm is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Sacramento team on complex wage and hour class and PAGA matters.
• Lead strategy development and manage advanced tasks and deadlines.
