Orionplacement in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced wage-and-hour litigator to defend employers in complex class actions and PAGA matters. You will influence case strategy, perform advanced legal analysis, and draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission required.
• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience.
• Significant experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

$190,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Location:

Sacramento, CA - Hybrid. A fully remote arrangement may be considered for candidates with demonstrated, highly relevant experience.

Note:

Candidates must have an active California Bar license and 5+ years of directly relevant wage and hour litigation experience, including significant wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation experience.
