Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission required.
• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience.
• Significant experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in complex wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation.
• Take a meaningful role in case strategy, litigation planning, and advanced legal matters.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis involving wage and hour issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other critical litigation documents.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals on complex class and PAGA matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Help develop practical, creative legal strategies that advance client objectives.
