Job summary

Keysight is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join the Wafer Test Sales and Solutions Engineering team in New York. You will lead customer engagements, own the technical solution development, demonstrations, and proposals, and work with cross-functional teams to win and implement complex opportunities.

With 4+ years in the semiconductor field, you will apply strong knowledge of semiconductor physics and programming (C/C++, Shell) to enable customers post-purchase and ensure

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years in the semiconductor industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics and related technologies.
• Strong programming skills (C, C++, Shell scripting).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from a technical perspective.
• Own technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, and potentially delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development, Marketing and R&D to win and deliver complex opportunities.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Handle system and application engineering assignments with defined objectives.
• Drive closure on complex issues post-purchase and provide training.
