- Proven success leading teams to positive outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the Solutions Engineering role in Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas to enable technology adoption and test optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and Industry Solution Team to grow semiconductor test business.
- Drive value-capture by dynamically managing the technical resource pool.
- Build, develop and inspire a high‑performance team of solution architects and engineers.
- Identify and mentor next‑generation leaders.
- Allocate limited resources to capture profitable growth in services.
