Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced leader to head the Wafer Test Solutions (WTS) across the Americas. You will guide a high-performing team of solution engineers, drive technology adoption, and align with sales to grow the semiconductor test business.

The role requires a track record in solutions engineering leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to balance profit with growth while mentoring the next generation of leaders in a fast-changing market.

Qualifications

8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales, Business Development Roles.
5+ years in management or team leadership roles
Demonstrated success leading teams to successful outcomes
Strong understanding of the Solutions Engineering role in Customer Success
Strong business acumen with ability to balance profit and growth
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas, enabling technology adoption, fab modernization, and test optimization.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and the Industry Solution Team to grow and sustain semiconductor test business.
Drive value-capture initiatives by enabling and dynamically managing the technical resource pool.
Build, develop, and inspire a high-performance team of solution architects and engineers.
Identify and mentor next-generation leaders.
Dynamically allocate limited resources to capture profitable growth in services while balancing pre- and post-sales engineering.
