Job summary

Siltronic is seeking entry-level Manufacturing Production Operators in Portland, Oregon. Starting at $18.50 per hour with a 15% night shift differential, the role features a 12-hour Pitman schedule and comprehensive training on equipment, safety, and wafer handling.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced, stand-on-your-feet work environment; previous work in a fast-food setting is a good example.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment used in silicon wafer processing.
• Prepare tools and materials, load/unload materials, inspect and measure wafers and parts.
• Read and follow equipment-operation procedures, process instructions, graphs and charts.
• Maintain SPC data and document results in manual and electronic systems.
• Follow safety protocols, wear cleanroom attire when required, and review hazards.
