Job summary

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Wafer Fab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team. The Manufacturing Specialist loads wafers into production equipment, verifies product specs against equipment settings, and monitors operation and productivity to identify when adjustments are needed.

Night shift runs Wed–Sat with 6:30 PM–7:00 AM and a 15% differential. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered, with payments over four quarters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tools to process wafers through manufacturing stages.
• Use analytical skills to determine best processing strategies and indicate tool changeovers.
• Make minor corrections to process/equipment and escalate when needed.
• Perform SPC-based process diagnosis and data interpretation.
• Follow documented specifications and production schedules with computer interfaces.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to meet daily goals.
