Headway Technologies is seeking an Integration Engineer to drive process integration and characterization of prototype wafers for new technology programs. You will perform wafer-level characterization using FIB and CD-SEM, analyze backend data, and propose corrective actions to improve yield and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Three years of hands-on experience in process integration or characterization in a semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers process integration and characterization techniques for new technology programs.
• Designs experiments to verify process robustness and analyzes data with FMEA.
• Performs wafer level process characterization on thin film heads using FIB and CD-SEM, identifies defects, and recommends corrective actions.
• Reviews backend performance data and presents findings to teams.
