Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
3 years of hands-on experience in magnetic thin film fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing/process engineering.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Hands-on experience with SPC and DOE.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Monitor, sustain, and support the manufacturing process; detect and correct process errors.
Release and integrate new programs into the manufacturing line.
Provide guidance and support to engineers; run experiments and evaluate results.
Interpret defect data from imaging tools (FIB, SEM, EDX, TEM).
Use SPC and software to analyze data; create charts and present findings.
