Job summary

• Two years in a supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Operators, Technicians, and Supervisors; evaluates performance and makes staffing decisions.
• Ensures objectives in quality, productivity, yield and cost are met.
• Develops and monitors KPIs and production reports.
• Maintains ISO 9001:2015 compliance and quality policy.
• Mentors staff on Headway’s QMS and continuous improvement.
