Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Camas, WA seeks a Production Manager to lead 24/7 wafer fab operations, guiding safety, quality, and productivity.

You will manage 6-8 Production Supervisors and 120–150 operators across two shifts, driving staffing, onboarding, and talent development in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet customer demand, implement new products, and advance digital manufacturing tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-volume environment.
• Experience managing frontline teams and supervisors in wafer fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned shifts with safety and quality focus.
• Direct 6-8 Production Supervisors and 120–150 operators across two shifts.
• Drive staffing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
