Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume wafer fabrication or advanced manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; technical/engineering degree strongly preferred.
- Ability to apply analytics, digital tools, and AI/ML capabilities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Strong communication, data-driven decision making, and leadership in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate site strategy into actionable operational plans for the Production organization.
- Lead production improvement roadmaps and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and AI-enabled insights to improve daily execution and performance stability.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of the Production organization and ensure safety and adherence to standards.
