Semtech in Rowland, CA onsite seeks a Wafer Fab Process Technician to run volume production for InP BH DFB lasers and BH GC devices, focusing on photolithography and wet etch steps.

You will own lithography track, maintain CD/overlay specs, perform wet bench operations, and contribute to process stability, troubleshooting, and DOE efforts.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in semiconductor/photonics with hands‑on lithography, wet etch, and SPC/DOE experience; associate degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years in semiconductor/photonics wafer processing.
• Direct hands-on lithography track systems and steppers/scanners experience preferred.
• Hands-on wet etch and wet bench on III-V materials (InP, InGaAsP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of photolithography, wet etch, and inline process steps.

Aufgaben

• Operate coat/expose/align/develop/descum in lithography to move wafer lots.
• Maintain litho track systems and steppers to meet CD/overlay specs.
• Execute wet etch steps (stripe/Mesa) to support regrowth of InP layers.
• Perform wet bench operations and maintain bath chemistry.
• Prioritize lots to sustain throughput and schedule.
• Conduct inline metrology checks before release and troubleshoot issues.
