Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Semiconductor experience preferred but not required.
• Stable work history encouraged.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour compressed night shift.
• Must wear cleanroom garments and carry 15 lb wafer pods.
• Ability to climb 4–5 stairs with wafer pods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tools to process wafers through the production stage.
• Use analytics to determine best processing strategies and tool changeovers.
• Make minor process/equipment corrections and suggest improvements.
• Perform SPC-based process diagnosis and interpretation.
• Interface with computer systems to complete duties per schedule.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to meet goals.
• Follow safety and conduct requirements.
