Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 12-hour compressed shift in a clean room environment.
• Hard-working, flexible team player with superior attention to detail and computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of activity and demands.
• Wearing cleanroom garments to protect product is required.
• Must be able to carry a pod of wafers weighing 15 pounds throughout the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tools to process wafers through the manufacturing stage.
• Use analytics to determine best strategies for processing wafers and when to perform tool changeovers.
• Make minor process/equipment corrections and suggest productivity improvements.
• Perform SPC-based process diagnosis and interpretation using computer systems.
• Meet production schedules and interface with other departments to prioritize tasks.
• Follow safety and conduct requirements and meet physical job requirements.
