Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 10 years of hands-on equipment maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Experience using FabTime, MESA, JMP and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Oversees repair and preventative maintenance of industrial tools and tool sets in the wafer fab.
• Monitors and analyzes MTTR/MTBF/OEE data and prepares periodic reports.
• Reviews and updates Manufacturing Process Instructions to ensure current data.
• Manages stores and materials functions and headcount planning.
• Leads, mentors, and develops direct reports within the Equipment Engineering team.
• Collaborates with EH&S to ensure safety compliance.
