Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five years of hands-on equipment maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with FabTime, MESA, JMP, and SPC.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and preventative maintenance of industrial tools in wafer fab.
• Analyze MTTR/MTBF/OEE data and prepare reports.
• Review and approve MPI changes to keep data current.
• Mentor and manage direct reports; ensure QMS compliance.
• Collaborate with EH&S for safety standards.
• Coordinate training and certifications.
