Responsibilities

  • Perform, direct, and coordinate installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of wet etch and solvent strip tools.
  • Analyze equipment and subsystems uptime metrics and develop improvement plans.
  • Write and edit equipment maintenance and repair specifications.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy equipment upgrades.
  • Experience with FMEA and design-for-manufacturing concepts in mechanical/electrical contexts.
  • Develop training plans for technicians on tool maintenance and career development.
