Qualifications

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
  • Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate across technical levels.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, around-the-clock environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform, direct, and coordinate installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of wet etch and solvent strip tools including electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and chemical delivery systems.
  • Analyze equipment availability and uptime metrics and develop improvement plans.
  • Write and edit equipment maintenance and repair specifications.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy equipment upgrades.
  • Develop training plans for technicians for tool maintenance and career development.
