Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with lab equipment or processing equipment.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, Python, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance yield, quality, cost, and cycle time.
• Troubleshoot process shifts and apply SPC principles to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes to reduce cost, maximize output, and improve consistency across equipment and tools.
• Support the qualification of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze cycle time, equipment performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Participate in root cause investigations and support quality improvement initiatives.
