Job summary

EY seeks a WAF Operations Solution Engineer to configure and manage web application firewalls, safeguarding client applications and data. You will monitor traffic, analyze security events, and respond to incidents, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop WAF policies, and support audits while leveraging Cloudflare, Imperva, and Terraform to automate security measures in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in web application security operations.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare or Imperva WAF.
• Terraform for infrastructure automation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of web application security principles.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize WAF solutions to protect web applications.
• Provide ongoing operational coverage for web application firewalls.
