Job summary

EY is seeking a WAF Operations Solution Engineer to manage and optimize web application firewall deployments across client environments. You will monitor traffic, respond to incidents, and implement security controls, collaborating with security teams to improve the overall posture.

You’ll work in a hybrid, client-facing environment with opportunities to develop your skills in Terraform, Cloudflare, and Imperva, while supporting change requests and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years in web application security operations with WAF focus.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare and Imperva WAF solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize WAF solutions to protect web applications.
• Provide ongoing operational coverage of web application firewalls.
• Monitor application traffic and security events for threats.
• Analyze security incidents and perform remediation.
