EY seeks an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational services for enterprise protection, traffic management, and edge connectivity. You will own service performance, governance, and cross-team coordination in a complex, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Lead service reviews, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across application, cloud, networking, and vendor teams to ensure secure, reliable operations.
• Represent the service in governance forums and customer reviews.
