Job summary

EY seeks an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

You will own service performance, governance, incident response, and cross-team execution while guiding engineers to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable production services within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, cloud networking, edge security, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, service delivery, or platform management.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and lifecycle management for production services.
• Knowledge of WAF policy operations, CDN, bot and DDoS controls, AWS ALB/NLB, AVI, Azure ingress, DNS, SSL/TLS.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Establish service priorities, operating rhythms, ownership boundaries and performance expectations.
• Maintain alignment between WAF protection, app delivery, ingress, DNS, certificates, load balancing, and edge security.
• Represent the service tower in customer reviews, governance discussions, and planning activities.
• Ensure services remain secure, available, auditable, and aligned with business needs.
