PBS Corp. seeks an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will coordinate with regional teams, maintain high standards, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required per local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree with ABA field work hours and experience.
• Completion of WA BCBA-related coursework hours and supervised experience.
• Ability to oversee ABA service delivery and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and staff needs as required.
• Ensure documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
