Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth across regional teams. This role requires clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
Graduate from WA approved bachelor’s program with required WAC classroom hours and supervised experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
Ensure accurate completion of documentation including E Sign and compliance forms.
Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
