Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth.

Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high performance standards, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time, while supporting staffing

Qualifications

• Active licensure as required by state regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation — including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms — is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours + 1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230
