D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for WA to manage the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service. You will source new customers, help buyers design their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales experience.

The role requires an active real estate license, a related degree or experience, and ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile/desktop. You will work with Realtors, maintain records, and meet sales goals in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2 years related experience
• Active real estate license is required
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on uneven terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
• The noise level is generally moderate

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution available
• Overcome objections and close for the sale
• Maintain accurate documentation of the transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction
• Continually source new sales opportunities
• Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships
• Network and perform outreach to realtors
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Attend sales meetings
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
