Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Washington state to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service.

You will source new customers, help design dream homes, and ensure a smooth sales process while meeting sales goals and maintaining accurate records from initial contact to loan and construction stages. The role requires an active real estate license, the ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile devices, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Active real estate license is required.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
• The noise level is generally moderate.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to customers.
• Uncover customer goals and establish DR Horton as the best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation of transactions from sale through loan and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
• Network with realtors and manage time to meet sales goals.
• Expand the customer and realtor database and attend meetings.
• Build rapport with customers and team members and ensure policy compliance.
