Job summary

Trumark Homes in Washington is seeking a Community Sales Manager to drive home sales and optimize the customer experience in the assigned community. You will sell, close and coordinate the buyer journey from model tours to escrow, while collaborating with the sales team.

The role requires 4-5+ years of WA sales experience (new construction preferred), a real estate license, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. CRM experience with Salesforce or Lasso is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and Real Estate license required by state law.
• 4-5+ years of previous sales experience in Washington, preferably new construction.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Lasso; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell, process and close homes per company plans to deliver the best customer experience.
• Work in a positive, proactive team environment and participate in division events.
• Lead sales presentations, accompany buyers through models and homesites.
• Maintain CRM records and generate referrals through realtor relationships.
• Travel throughout the local community to self-generate sales and monitor market.
