Job summary

Newmark Homes in Houston seeks a Community Sales Manager to lead sales for a designated community. You will work inside the model sales office during business hours, manage the full contract process from start to finish, and coordinate with Marketing, Design Center, and the closing teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of proven success in New Home Sales.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow company procedures and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed a monthly community sales goal.
• Manage the contract process from start to finish and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter and maintain prospects in the CRM; follow up diligently.
• Coordinate with Marketing to keep collateral and listings up to date.
• Schedule Design Center appointments and track deposits and options.
• Oversee inventory, tours, and closings; resolve issues at field level.
