Trumark Homes in Washington is seeking a Community Sales Manager to drive home sales and optimize the customer experience in the assigned community. You will sell, close and coordinate the buyer journey from model tours to escrow, while collaborating with the sales team.
The role requires 4-5+ years of WA sales experience (new construction preferred), a real estate license, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. CRM experience with Salesforce or Lasso is expected.
