Job summary

Octans Group LLC is seeking a Business Analyst II with strong SoftPro experience and Title & Escrow expertise in the homebuilding sector. This role partners with business users and IT to support production systems, gather requirements, improve processes, and deliver reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Title & Escrow operations using SoftPro, plus strong SQL, Excel, and BI reporting skills. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Experience with SoftPro and Title & Escrow operations in homebuilding industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables), and relational databases.
• Experience with SSRS or Power BI for BI reporting.
• Ability to document business requirements and track project status.
