Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services seeks a Business Analyst II to bridge business users and IT within Title & Escrow, supporting applications, gathering requirements, improving processes, and delivering reporting solutions for operational efficiency.

Ideal candidate has Title & Escrow operations experience, SoftPro proficiency, and strong SQL/BI skills; will collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and project managers on system enhancements, reporting initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Title & Escrow operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Experience with UAT, SOX, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT for Title & Escrow applications.
• Support production systems by troubleshooting application and process issues through resolution.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
• Develop reports and support business reporting needs using SQL and business intelligence tools.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and support production releases.
• Assist with change management activities related to application updates and system enhancements.
• Perform quarterly SOX compliance reviews for applicable business systems.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to standardize business processes and implement best practices.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
