Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in Columbia, MD is seeking a VTC Field Support Specialist (Level 1) with active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to deliver hands-on technical support for enterprise VTC environments. You will install, configure, operate, and maintain VTC systems, AV subsystems, and end-user devices at customer sites, providing frontline diagnostics and remote or on-site assistance.

Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC systems and AV subsystems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Install, operate, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VTC devices and subsystems.
Deploy and repair end-user devices (workstations, thin clients, VoIP phones, printers).
Perform routine diagnostics, software updates, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
Provide remote and on-site end-user support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Interpret manuals and diagrams to execute field installations and repairs.
