Job summary

GCA is seeking a VTC Facilitator/Operator for our contract supporting the US Army T2COM VTC/AV Support Services. The VTC Facilitator/Operator will facilitate and operate VTC/IPTV/AV conferences.

Duties include creating daily calendars, building facilitator schedules, and coordinating recordings. Requirements: Secret clearance, IAT Level I, and proficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• IAT Level I Certification (CompTIA Network+/A+ or higher).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and operate VTC/IPTV/AV conferences and setups.
• Create daily calendars for events and coordinate schedules.
• Respond to customer requests and coordinate recording and teleconferencing as needed.

Job description

GCA is seeking a VTC Facilitator/Operator for our contract supporting the US Army T2COM (previously TRADOC) VTC/AV Support Services. The VTC Facilitator/Operator will facilitate and operate VTC/IPTV/AV conferences.
Duties to include:

• The personnel shall start and power off all VTC/IPTV/AV equipment for sessions, conduct audio-visual checks prior to each conference, serve as primary VTC/IPTV/AV equipment operator for VTC conferences and other collaborative meetings, coordinate and implement recording and teleconferencing into sessions as required, and serve as initial responders to customer requests regarding VTC/IPTV/AV problems or issues
• The personnel shall create daily “Calendaring” schedules for events requiring facilitation based on customer input from the Conference Room Scheduler or other sources which will be used by the Bridge Operators, Facilitators, and Maintenance Team for planning and implementation purposes
• Build facilitator schedule based on customer requests provided by CRS from designated customers for VTC/IPTV/AV requests and coordinate and implement facilitator and maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• Clearance: Secret
• IAT Level I Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or higher)
• Proficient with the use of the suite of Microsoft products to include but not limited to MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS SharePoint, and MS Visio

Desired Skills

• One year of AV experience.
• One year of helpdesk experience
• High School Diploma or greater
