Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 7+ years of progressively complex experience in VTC engineering.
• Experience in data center environments and virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and Cisco WebEx is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale VTC systems.
• Configure and manage VTC infrastructure and endpoints; design call routing for seamless connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex VTC/VoIP issues; support conference room environments; coordinate with external agencies.
