Improvix Technologies is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer to provide onsite VTC, audiovisual (AV), and unified communications support within a high-tempo, mission-critical federal environment. This position supports executive-level users and high-visibility engagements where reliable communications, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service are essential. The VTC Technician will support the setup, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of classified and unclassified video conferences, meetings, presentations, and collaborative communications.
The ideal candidate is technically capable, calm under pressure, highly customer-focused, and comfortable providing hands‑on support to senior and VIP customers. This role requires the ability to quickly troubleshoot issues, coordinate with other technical teams, and ensure meetings and VTC sessions operate seamlessly from start to finish.

Success in this role requires more than technical knowledge. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of preparation, discretion, urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service when supporting executive users.
