Job summary

RavenTek is seeking an AV/VTC Technician in Washington, DC. You will support VTC equipment, audiovisual systems, and video collaboration platforms; you will configure, test, and troubleshoot events, and coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure successful conferences.

The role requires 3+ years of VTC experience, proficiency with Zoom for Government, WebEx, Teams, and Meet, and the ability to work full-time on-site with Secret clearance potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience supporting VTC equipment.
• Experience supporting Zoom for Government, WebEx, Teams, Google Meet.
• Experience coordinating large video/audio events.

Responsibilities

• Support Video Teleconferencing equipment.
• Work with vendors on repair of equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications including Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Professional.
• Manage VTC support for domestic customers.
• Setup, configure, and schedule VTC conferences.
• Manage and configure various video collaboration apps (Zoom for Government, WebEx, Teams, Meet).
• Ensure VTC and equipment are operational and tested before events.
